Hi folks,
Found a Model 44 at the flea market for $3 and fell in love with vintage Johnson fishing reel. Mostly here for troubleshooting advice when refurbishing reels.
Thanks & tight lines,

You're in the right place, my friend! Most of us enjoy working on reels for a hobby. I've been foolin' around with (mostly) Johnson reels for over 30 years.
