Thought Thursday this might be my last day to fish this year. Temp began in the 50's and ended up in the 70's. Now Saturday morning it's snowing here in SW Indiana.

Been a hot summer here, too hot for me to bluegill fish during the day. I have done a little bit of nighttime river fishing, but that's another story. Tuesday morning was nice , 70's and overcast, so I finally got back after the bluegill. They were hungry, I should have brought a bigger cooler.

We went out early before the heat drove us in, this week we've had a little heat wave. Found a couple beds and fished off the bank.

Outside dimensions 8' 4" X 3' 9". It slipped in to a full size pickup bed with the tailgate down.

When I was younger and lighter it was a great 2 man boat, but I only use it solo. When I got rid of my truck I almost sold it, then a friend told me about these cheap fold up trailers at Harbor Freight.

Just a regular filet knife.

Went on a short trip after church. Windy day, blew my little plastic boat all over the lake. The bluegill aren't on their beds yet, won't be long.

Another windy day. The seaweed has always been bad in this lake. They treat it every year a couple weeks before memorial Day. We decide to fish it before the treatment. We really had to search for gaps in the seaweed to drop a worm in, but wound up having a pretty good day.

This one was on Ebay for over a year. Don't know if the the seller gave up or a sucker finally fell for it.
