This is my second Hawthorne 60 6439, this one is a Johnson 710A. The first one I bought is a Johnson 710B. The main difference is the 710A has a rear bearing for the drive shaft. The 710A also has a set screw for the push button to turn on, the 710B has a pin pressed in. The only other difference in these two reels is the copper colored front cap on the 710A is faded.

Thanks for info on the Hawthorne 60, Dennis! This seems to be a rarer trade reel for Johnson.
