Hello fellow fishers,
I am just recently started going through all the rods and reels that my father used back in the 70's, 80's and 90's.
They were left to me when he passed and I left them in the barn until last year when I was talked into going fishing.
Since then I have gotten just a few of rods and reels to play with. I enjoy the spinner reels the most so I am starting with them. I have come across a Johnson Country Mile 10 spinning reel and went looking for information about it when I came across this site.
I live in Nashville, TN and am very close to both Old Hickory Lake and Percy Priest lake. At the present I am doing mostly bank fishing and have caught a 4 1/2 lb. largemouth out of a pond in the back of the subdivision that I live in.
